  • Large baking sheet Line with parchment paper for easy cleanup
  • Wooden spoon
  • Pastry brush For brushing on the garlic butter
  • Small mixing bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef 80/20 works best for juicy flavor
  • 6 strips bacon cooked crispy and crumbled
  • 0.5 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cans crescent roll dough 8 ounces each
  • 0.25 cup butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced for garlic butter
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until browned and softened. Drain excess grease.
  • Stir in the minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 1 minute, then remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  • Fold in the crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles. Spoon filling onto the wide end of each triangle and roll up snugly.
  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, and garlic powder.
  • Place rollups seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush generously with garlic butter and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown. Brush with remaining butter and serve warm.

Notes

These rollups are perfect for making memories in the kitchen. My daughter loves helping roll them up and brush on the garlic butter.
For a lighter version, use ground turkey and turkey bacon.
You can swap crescent dough with pizza dough or tortillas for a fun variation.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat in the oven to keep them crispy.
These Garlic Butter Beef Cheeseburger Rollups are one of those recipes I know my daughter will remember long after she grows up, and that is what makes them extra special to me.
