Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until browned and softened. Drain excess grease.
Stir in the minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 1 minute, then remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Fold in the crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles. Spoon filling onto the wide end of each triangle and roll up snugly.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, and garlic powder.
Place rollups seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush generously with garlic butter and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown. Brush with remaining butter and serve warm.
