In a small bowl, whisk together the buffalo sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Set the sauce aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the ground chicken. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through.
Push chicken to one side. Add garlic and ginger to the pan and sauté for 30 seconds. Stir to combine with the chicken.
Add broccoli and stir everything together. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes until broccoli is tender-crisp.
Pour in the firecracker sauce. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the mixture.
Serve over cooked rice or noodles. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
