Ingredients

For the Chicken Filling

  • 2 cups cooked chicken Shredded or diced, leftover or rotisserie
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese For that stretchy, gooey melt

For Assembly

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the [chicken], [mozzarella], [cheddar], [garlic], [mayonnaise], [Greek yogurt], and seasonings.
  • Lay a [flour tortilla] on a flat surface and spoon about ½ cup of the chicken mixture into the center. Fold the sides, then roll it up tightly like a burrito.
  • Brush the outside of each wrap with melted [butter]. Heat a [skillet] over medium heat and cook wraps seam-side down for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  • Remove wraps from the skillet and let them cool for 2 minutes. Slice diagonally and serve with [sour cream], [salsa], and a sprinkle of [cilantro].
