Ingredients

  • 2 tubes refrigerated pizza dough cut into 1 to 2 inch pieces
  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken cooked and shredded
  • 1.5 cups Alfredo sauce divided
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese divided
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese divided
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease a bundt pan.
  • In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, 1 cup Alfredo sauce, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, half of the Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
  • Unroll the pizza dough and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
  • Place one-third of the dough pieces into the bundt pan. Top with half of the chicken mixture and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  • Repeat the layers with remaining dough and chicken mixture. Brush the top with melted butter and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and bubbling. If browning too quickly, loosely cover with foil.
  • Cool for 5 minutes, invert onto a serving plate, drizzle with remaining Alfredo sauce, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

This recipe is very forgiving and perfect for cooking with kids.
You can swap pizza dough for biscuit dough for a softer texture.
Leftovers reheat beautifully in the oven or air fryer.
