Preheat the oven to 400°F.
In a medium bowl, mix softened butter with minced garlic, chopped parsley, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Lay the Texas toast slices on a baking sheet and spread the garlic butter evenly over each slice.
Bake for 5 minutes until the edges start to turn golden.
Remove the tray and sprinkle mozzarella first, then provolone, and finish with Parmesan cheese over the toast slices.
Return to the oven and bake for 8–10 minutes until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly, broiling for 1 minute if desired for golden spots.
Remove from oven, sprinkle with extra parsley if desired, and serve immediately while warm and cheesy.
